5 Ingredient Granola (Easy)

This tasty and nutritious granola is by far the easiest you will ever make. With 5 simple ingredients that almost everyone has in their pantry! A perfect addition to your favorite smoothie or crunchy and delicious treat!




Recipe:


  • 3 cups old fashioned oats

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

  • 1 tbs chia seed

  • 1 tbs flax seed




Instructions:


Preheat oven to 375°F and line sheet pan with parchment paper.



  1. in a large mixing bowl add oats, chia seed and flax seed and mix well.

  2. in a medium sauce pan on medium heat, add coconut oil and maple syrup and melt down to a liquid and remove from heat.

  3. pour coconut oil and maple syrup mixture over dry mixture and mix well.

  4. spread evenly on parchment paper lined cookie sheet.

  5. bake on 375°F for 25 minutes

  6. remove from oven and place parchment paper on cooling rack.

  7. after cooled, break into small or large pieces and store in an air tight container.
