Simple Natural Lemon Honey Ginger Immune Boosting Syrup- Adults & KIDS LOVE





A simple and easy way to protect your family when food and supplements are hard to find. If you don’t prefer to follow a recipe or you’re missing any of the ingredients that’s fine! Since all the ingredients are natural immune system boosters you can use whatever you have on hand.

*** do not give honey to babies under 1 years old.

Recipe


  • 12-16 ounces of Raw Honey

  • 1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 3-4 Lemons (juiced) save lemon peels

  • Thinly sliced lemon peels ( 2 whole lemons)

  • 1 tsp ground turmeric

  • 2 cinnamon sticks

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1 grated ginger root

  • Large glass mason jar with lid


An inexpensive and natural way to boost your immune system with 1 tbsp a day. Store for 2-4 weeks in the refrigerator. Shake well prior to each serving.



*Natural immune booster that even kids will love. When it’s next to impossible to find organic and natural supplements, use the ingredients that most of us can find fairly easily.

You don’t need to buy a fancy jar, we used a left over marinara sauce glass jar from Costco. Any large glass jar with a lid should work.
